Nursery Policy
Weekly Schedule:
Our nursery is open from Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Appointments and Early pick-ups:
Kindly notify us if your child needs to be picked-up early from the nursery due to an appointment.
Vacation:
If parents are going for vacation, they should fill a vacation form in order to retain the child place. There is no deduction in fees when your child is absent due to illness.
Public Holidays:
Our nursery is open through all the year every day except Friday & Saturday.
We are also closed during the public holidays of Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Qatar National Day, and National Sports Day.
If we must close the Nursery for any exceptional reason (maintenance, electricity and water, etc.) parents will be informed before 24 hours at least.
Nursery Safety:
Parents need to take their children to their classrooms. In case there is another person to drop off or pick up your child, kindly inform the nursery and fill the drop off/ pick up card form.Parking:
Please drive slowly and with caution next to the nursery as there are children entering and exiting the gate. We would like to ask you to avoid parking directly in front of the gate as this needs to be kept clear for emergency vehicles.Healthy lunch box:
Parents are advised to send in a healthy lunch box consisting of 3 meals: breakfast, snack, and lunch.
Chips, chocolate, and sweets are strictly not allowed.
Parents can send in cooked meals for lunch that will warmed before giving to the children.
Nuts and nuts products are strictly not allowed as we are a NUT FREE nursery.
Fruits and vegetables must be sent in washed and sliced.
Grapes must be sliced in half lengthwise as they are considered a choking hazard for children under 5 years of age.
Weekly Calendar:
A weekly calendar will be shared with the parents on the beginning of each week to inform them about the activities, schedule and events that will happen during the week.
Photos inside the nursery:
Daily photos will be shared with the parents. Photos can include individual shots or group pictures depending on the activity or theme.

Daily Report:
Parents will receive a daily report with all their child’s activities during the day.
