What to bring to the nursery
At the beginning of the First day at the nursery, you will be asked to provide the following:
1. A large bag of diapers.
2. A large pack of wet wipes.
3. Sanitizer.
4. Two changes of clothes to be kept at the nursery.
5. A water bottle.
6. Milk bottles with milk (If your child needs it).
7. A plate, plastic fork, and spoon for your child.
8. A pillow, bedsheet, and blanket (for the napping time).
Please make sure to label all items with your child’s name. You will be noti ed by the class teacher if the above items need to be replenished.
Required Documents For Registration
• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• ID Copy for Child & Parents.
• Passport Copy for Child & Parents.
• Vaccination Record Copy.
• 2 Passport Size Photos.
Covid-19 Parent Agreement
Our nursery is taking additional measures during the Covid-19 crisis to ensure the wellbeing of all students, parents, and staff. This includes reducing foot traffic onto the premises, closer monitoring of the health status of all stakeholders, additional infection control measures, and
efforts to enforce social distancing.
I hereby undertake and agree that:
1- I will not permit my child to attend the nursery if anyone in the house is showing (or has
experienced within the last 14 days) any Covid-19 symptoms, such as:
• a fever or temperature above 37.8 degrees C.
• cold or flu-like symptoms.
• dry cough.
• vomiting.
• runny nose.
• shortness of breath.
2- I will not permit my child to attend the nursery if anybody in the house is not showing “GREEN”
on the Ehteraz App.
3- The person dropping off and collecting the child from the nursery will show the Ehteraz App
and the children will have their temperature taken before being allowed on the premises, and the
the nursery has the right to refuse entry in case the child shows any symptoms or high fever.
4- I confirm that my child has not been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19.
5- The person dropping of and collecting the child from the nursery will maintain a distance of
2m from the others at all times, and will not be permitted inside the nursery.
6- Personal items (such as water bottles, lunch boxes, etc…) will be sterilized every day. For the food that needs to be heated kindly make sure to put it in a glass box that can be heated in the microwave.
7- I will not permit my child to bring toys, books, or any other items from the home to the nursery, other than the listed items.
